Grounds4Change to return to it’s roots!
Grounds4Change have teamed up with the Southmead Community Association in order to renovate the Southmead Meeting Rooms on Greystoke Avenue. The vacant building and gardens has been an eyesore for many years, but it will now get a new lease of life when Bristol City Council transfer this asset back over for community use.
Grounds4Change have not been based in Southmead since 2007, even though most of our customers, trainees and events are here.
We are currently working on a Big Lottery bid to help fund the improvements desperately need for the Meeting Rooms.
What do you think about this? Do you think it’s a good idea or not? Please let us know your thoughts by the end of February 2012 by leaving a comment on the website or calling the office on 0117 969 3815
We’ll keep you updated on our progress….

Grounds4Change are have made immeasurably positive impacts within the neighbourhoods they have worked. There are indivduals in the organistaion who have very strong roots in the Southmead area and the group as whole are passionate about the difference they can make to the communities they work with. Renovation of the Meeting Rooms in Southmead will prove to be such a valuable project for the community, and who better to take this project on than Grounds4Change!
